timming question

anybody have web site to explain the timming on the d16a6.

what do you need to know about it? from factory its suposed to be set +/- 1* tdc
adjusting dizzy is +/- 5* each tooth on the cam gear is 18*

scuse i talking about the timming belt.What is the timming on the timming belt.

yes i would like to know what is the timming setting with the crank pulley and cam pulley timming mark.I have d16a6.
