Default LS wont start but will crank

i swapped a LS into my EF awhile back and was running fine. left it alone for a month to do a rebuild for turbo and decided to just go NA cause of money issues. i have a MSD blaster with a GSR dizzy. I started the car took it out for awhile and drove around for awhile. the dizzy was only bolted down with one bolt. due to the fact that the dizzy wasnt for a LS. it fell off and the car died. we put it back in and had timing issues but quickly fixed that. soon after that everytime i would step on the gas the car would just die on me. it gives spark but very little spark. i took off the dizzy and put on a stock LS dizzy and still crank but does not turn over. need some help..
