Default Brake Lights will not turn off....

I just came home last night and noticed that my brake lights stay on when the car is turned off. Someone at work told me to fix the switch but I can't find a switch. Can someone tell me what I am looking for and what am I supposed to do? Pics would also be alot of help too. Thanks!!

x2 - it's either that brakelight switch or a short in the grounding side of the taillight harness...

Check the brakelight switch first, it's probably the problem.

There is a rubber peice that activates the switch so whenever you let go of the pedal, itturns the lights off. that rubber peice is gone.
