I have a 1995 Accord EX, 117k miles.

Every time I start the engine, I hear a repeating buzzing sound coming from what I think is the ABS accumulator. It buzzes for about a second, then stops for about 5 seconds and repeats this cycle for about 2 minutes, then stops.

I'm assuming the ABS system is charging itself and when it's done, the buzzing stops.

The ABS light is not on when the car is running, but I did check the codes anyway by shorting the 2 pin connector under the glove box. I got a fast blinking light from the SRS. I think this is a 1, meaning driver's side airbag issue(?).

I also got a check engine light 17 (one long blink followed immediately by seven short blinks), which I think is VSS, vehicle speed sensor (?).

Those codes don't really help me figure out the buzzing ABS noise.

I've searched these forums and other Honda related sites but haven't found anything that tells me how I can fix this problem or at least get more info about it.
