ARE YOU SERIOUS?! fuse for a seatbelt? . . .. . .. . .
If you have those automatic ones, I understand. Man that cracked me up. Ummmmm there are usually 2 fuse box. 1 in the engine bay and 1 inside the car. Find where inside the car. Look at your manual.

Look for blown fuses for the motorized belts. But if you find all the fuses are good, don't forget Honda has a lifetime warranty on seatbelts. Just as long as they haven't been tampered with...
OMG, are you guys serious? i think it's obvious that the car was hit and the seatbelts stuck.... You can buy a new ones, or you can do like i did, fix them. Take one out, you'll see a spring in it, DO NOT TAKE IT OUT! it will be hard to put it back, there's a place for a pin to stick in, do it and then take it apart, i remember that it was easy to fix...
where is the fuse for the motorized belts?? and is there even a fuse box inside the 91 accord or is there only 1 under the hood?? oyaa since there is a lifetime warrenty on honda seatbelts. i could just like go to a honda place and they will fix it for free?? im sorry if there ?s seem dum but i jus got my accord 2 days ago and im trying to learn a little about them since i dont know much.

I had to disable my passenger side retracting seatbelt by pulling the fuse while it was all the way back to the pass side seat.
Passenger just unclip before going in and clip when seated. Then clip the lap belt.
The fuse is located inside the engine compartment fusebox. The two lower fuses described as passive something.
