Default 92 Civic dont start when engine is warm or been runnin in the last 2 hours

1992 honda civic GL hatchback starts, but if you turn it off and leave it for half an hour, the car wont turn back on. I need some help????????

this happend to me with me with my car before. was the car converted from auto to manuel? or if anything, there is a short somewhere.

first thing to do is check spark and injector pulsing and lastly fuel pressure, one of those must be missing.
