I have a 93 ex, when i got the car the air did not work, so i went and got a bottel to refill it with. so when i was refilling it the gauge was in the green so that was good. when let it run for a bit the air was cold, but about 20 min later it got warm again. but when i checked the ac gauge, it was in the red and said that the pressure was high.. so the coolent is still in there. what is going on?

also my dash lights don;t work, my cel, and all the other ones work but the dash does not light up. and all of my fuses are good.
