ARP head stud install
Are the torque procedures the same as oem ?
Also there is a washer that goes just below the nut correct ?
Which end goes into the block the longer or shorter threads ?

u tq them in the same procedure, but if i remember correctly they are spec'ed to 80ftlbs instead i believe.
yes the washer go under the nut. and the end that goes into the block is the end that doesnt have the little allen socket in it. its pretty obvious which end goes in, so i doubt u ahve to worry about messing up,
