Default my timing

my question is would a tooth or two off...really have a big enough impact on how a car runs. i just recently bought a new cam seal and re-did my timing and everything. and it kinda bogs now. and it feels like it looses power as the rpm's rise. any info would help.

Yes! One tooth off will make a big difference on how the car runs. Cam gear teeth are not as bad as being off a tooth on the crank though...
