Default Need Cat-Back Suggestion

I need to replace the fart-can thats on my 90 Si right now. I've been out of the loop for exhausts for my EF, so excuse my ignorence.

I know there are tons of exhausts for the Civic, but I am looking for personal suggestions from another user, not some website.

Im looking for something simple, quiet, with a muscular sound. Affordable, too. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, fan-boys are welcome to add their cent as well

Good luck finding the HKS, it's pretty rare nowadays. I like the RSR-Exmag. You could also get one custom built for not too expensive.

I've heard people say bad things about Bosal, but nothing specific.

I got headers, downpipe & cat-back for 91 CRX Si from them for same price as just headers from companies like Greddy & Apex-i.

Everything bolted right up, no sweat. So far, I've been pretty happy w/ it. It's louder and harsher than stock (my only comparison) but not farty at all. If anything, it sounds like a bike when I step on it.

Personally? I'd rather have a drop-in-able system rather than a custom in-shop weld job. Save some money right now, and probably lots of hassle down the road.

tanabe makes a really nice system, my buddy has it on his crx and it sounds pretty damn good, quiet at idle and cruising and gets real deep at WOT.

I'm selling a bosal catback. It's very quiet and I noticed a significant power loss when I put stock exhaust back on the car. It had a good sound at WOT...not buzzy or annoying. Took it off because I wanted more of a stock look.
