Default Will CRX Tenzo R springs fit on my 94 Hatch?

My buddy is offering them trade to me for a deal and I don't know if they will work or not. He thinks they will fit. Does anyone know?

I have some Espelir springs on right now but they were used when I put them on the other day and the back are a little surface rusty. Plus, one seems to ride lower than all the others and I'm pretty sure the strut is good. I want it all the same height so I'm thinking about putting these on.

I'm asking about springs though, so it might be different.

I've already got struts my size. The spring could still be the same size just different bracket/mount for the strut, making it shorter.

You think they will be less stiff? I'm not sure which car is heavier. I'm thinking the Civic hatch is, but I could be wrong.

they will fit, but the fronts may be too short.

struts the rears are the same, the fronts aren't interchangeable.

i wouldn't worry about the spring rate, they will be stiffer then stock no matter.

tenzo r sucks though..so good luck.

Again, I'm just talking springs, not struts. But are Tenzo R's better than Espelir.

Why do you say they suck?

They'll fit.

Like ***.

Get springs made for your car.

Crx rear springs are about 2" shorter than 92-00 shocks.

There's a reason springs and shocks are divided like so:

89-91
92-95
96-00

I like how you divided them differently lol.

Anyway, I didn't know if just because they are different body styles they have different springs.

It's all good.

Basically, different chassis call for different rates and usually different shock lengths. The crx suspension design is way different than the 96-00 design. Enough to cause big problems when swapping parts across generations/chassis.

Ok, I guess I'll just stick with the Espelir for now. Those and the Tokiko BLues aren't a bad ride for a trade. I didn't have to pay any cash. I think I might wait and buy a little at a time until I have a full new setup. I hear Konis are good and HR springs are decent for the price.

Like I said, these were just going to be in a trade deal so I was seeing if they would work. I wasn't going out and buying new springs. Since they wont work I wont get them.
