Dupli-Color paint
yeah...it works prety good. i used it on my rear fenders to get another month or so out of them before i need to get the rust professional fixed. after sanding, wire brushing, a bit of filler, primer, paint, and clear coat it looks damn good. i never did any kind of body work and i ended up repainting a good 2 square foot area on each rear fender. the trick is nice and light coats and to keep them as even as possible. then let everything sit a day or two.....i let it go 4 or 5.....then wet sand over the clear coat with 1500 and then 2000 grit. after that use some 3M perfect-it fine cut rubbing compound to blend and get out the fine sanding scratches. the parts i re-did look 10x better than the rest of the car. the color matched rather well as you cant tell from more than 2 feet away. there is a slight difference though that i attributed to the slightly faded 8 year old factory granada black pearl paint. good luck with your project.
