Can I use a Flow Stack with a CAI?

Can I use a Flow Stack with a CAI?
I have a BPI Flow Stack on my SRI, but I was thinking about making the switch to cold air. Could I reuse my K&N cone filter with the flow stack and keep the benefit on a cold air intake? BPI indicated that the flow stack was engineered with an SRI in mind....
