Ok, now WTF is the deal?
Please forgive me, this is so stupid. Weeks ago I found that I was sending coolant into the overflow tank while boosting and thus causing the car to overheat. I planned to change the head gasket. When the engine was running I could hardly squeeze the upper radiator hose with my hand enough to compress it at all. Now, not only have I boosted without displacing any coolant, but I can now compress the upper radiator hose with my hand easily with the engine running. I have not chnaged the head gasket! I tried, but I could not break the right upper mount bracket bolts free, so I had to put the stuff I took apart back together. That is all I have done. This is freaking me out now. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?
use a 2 foot breaker bar on the top engine mounts. now if you think that is hard, i can not remove the bolt holding the drive pully on with that breaker bar. so i have a car with 130k miles and the orginal timing belt! it sucks!!
good luck

I already tried a 3' breaker bar dude! My dad helped me and we could not budge those fawking things! Anyway, what could cause it to not send coolant into the overflow now when it was before? Thanks!
get a little 10W40 and use a blow torch on it. It will losen up real quick, but make sure not to leave it on their long, if not you know what will happen.
Whenever I can't get something loose, straight to the garage for my torch!
Hope that helps

I couldn't get my drive axle nut off, so I drove it to some shop (in my case, Sears),
and had them use their air impact wrench.. they took it off in 3 seconds...
AND I was using a 5' breaker bar. (I'm guessing well over 250ft/lbs of force).
Those air impact wrenches can put out well over 1000ft/lbs of force if needed.

i have an impact that puts out 250 and i cant break hardly anything. with a 5 footer i say you are putting out 700+ foot lbs for sure!!

Yeah but it's not just the torque, it's the fact that an impact gun provides that force in quick bursts... kinda like the difference between catching a .45 slug someone threw at you and catching it coming down the barrel of a gun.

Very true, but it depends on the gun too. Both my 350ft/lb gun and my friend's 800ft/lb gun couldn't get my axle nut off.
Now a friend brought his 1996 Escort into my garage to change his bad axles (common on most Escorts). He tried both guns without any luck. So I thought maybe this 'retard' does not know how to use tools ? Guess what that piece of S#*@ would not come off nor budge for me either.
Tried a 5" breaker bar with no luck. Finally put car back on flat floor lift, tried Impact Gun once more (600ft/lb) and actually snapped the freakin' axle !!! I was like WTF ???
Ended up grabbing the Air Cut-off tool & cut the axle nuts in half; I figured why fight with it if he's replacing them anyways. (Should of thought of that 2hrs ago

You best get that **** off of there...the dealer only charges your first born...
your cooling system is either running too much pressure (cap) or you need more water in your mixture b/c of the extra heat from FI. overflow is from heat expansion of the coolant. It should return to the radiator after cool down due to vacuum. Also bleeding out the air will sometimes fix an overflow problem. You may have done that inadvertantly whatever it is you did.
