Default Are these plugs ok for my application

SOHC vtec, TD05-14b, IC. Mild street application, 10psi boost max. Arias low comp forged pistons.

I'm using NGK BCPR6-E plugs right now.

Will they work good or give me headaches. The stock plug is ZFR5J-11 I think. Should I just use that plug but go to a 6 or 7 heat range?

If stock is 5 series, 6 should be fine. 7 may be too cold, but it depends on your intake temps and you compression. How low is low compression? If its like 8.5:1 or lower, then stick with the 6 series, they should be just fine to 10 psi.
