Ok. I just recently purchased a 92 civic hatch and it now has a no start condition. I came out to start it one day and it just wouldnt. I have found there isnt any power to the fuel pump. I have done every test i can possibly think of. I thought it was the main pgm fi relay under the driver side dash because at first when i took the relay out and used a jumper wire to two of the terminals of the harness and checked there was voltage at the fuel pump but now there isnt. And on top of that now there isnt any spark. what could be the problem..
