levelten doesn't have a "shift-kit" persay... all a shift kit is, is a piece of paper with spots to drill different holes in the valve body to make for better fluid flow etc... you still need to take the tranny COMPLETELY apart to actually do this...

http://www.levelten.com is the best solution I have found if you wanna build up your tranny to hold 400+whp reliably. I visited them myselfs and our options are as follows.

1. Torque converter REBUILD
2. Tranny cooler
3. Bigger tranny fluid pump
4. PTS kit

All together its about 2000-2500 bucks... about as much as a swap cost, so the decision is up to you.

Level 10 sells a manual shifter for the auto .. and its like $1000 its not a piece of paper

also ... Auto Integras already have a tranny cooler ... its built into the bottom of the radiator ... take a look (:

Shift kit is NOT what levelten sells. thats a triptronic like push button shifter, two TOTALLY different things.

Yes out cars have a TINY section of the radiator for tranny fluid... it does jack and **** they give you a much bigger one dedicated for the tranny fluid, and like I said a bigger pump for the fluid so you would really want a seperate tranny cooler.

oh my bust .,. i misunderstood .. i thought he just wanted better control over the shifting ..

and nooo i have never seen how big the tranny cooler is inside the radiator .. but it would be Air and Water cooled .... isnt the aftermarket one just air cooled and dont you still have to find a place to mount it for the air to hit it good ? see i dont really know .. im not saying its a piece of crap.. just curious (:

Its cool, and no the one in the radiator section is air to air as well as leveltens... its about the size of a small intercooler and would likely be mounted in front of the radiator, or in my case between the radiator and the intercooler (I don't have one yet, but thats where it would go mostlikely)....

So basically your going from a small section on the bottom of the radiator where air basically doesn't touch it to where air touches it and much bigger size means more cooling is going on... plus the bigger pump to move the fluid around better etc... all the things add up.

No need, you just reroute the tubing to goto the tranny cooler, not the radiator... and that section simply doesn't get used.

Fluidyne is a fatter radiator and is a bitch to fit when you have a turbo in there... so scrap that.. no need
