Default cel

i have a p28 ecu checked with vtec crossover at 4500 and redline at 9000....but my cel is on i flashed the ecu an its my intake air temperature sensor, except that the sensor is not bad!!! do u guys think that by rewiring the sensor straight to the ECU it would fix the problem? or is it because my ECU is Chipped!!?

how do you know that the IAT is not faulty?
have you tried another ECU? (checks ECU hardware)
have you tried removing J1 to see if the CEL happens with that ECU? (this verifies the chip)

da reason its not the iat sensor is because i tried one that works....im going to see if i can try an get and ob1 ecu...im running a gsr with a type r manifold....so do u think i would be able to use a b16 ecu because the gsr ecu looks for a sensor that the type r manifold doesnt have?

The type r manifold has a bung for an IAT sensor right on the front of it. Where do you have your IAT sensor mounted, and what is in that hole on manifold if you don't have it there?
