Looks like the tranmission is done for, you still have warranty, take it in, see what they say.

get your clutch checked
i had a tsx at work that i had to replace the clutch and throwout bearing because the old throwout bearing siezed and caused the clutch to ride and burn up

i kinda burnt out my clutch too at one point ... dont ask how ... anyway i took it to the dealership and they said that they wont cover it under my warrenty ... had to pay out my *** cause they claimed that the flywheel was done too ... i couldnt do much cause my mother was the one who took it there too ... so yea ... i suggest getting some aftermarket parts for your tranny instead of taking it to the dealership and asking them for OEM parts ... but up to you ... if your under warrenty then go for it ... if not, take my advice and try to fix it yourself ...
