I am about to do an auto to manual conversion in my 2000 cx. I was wondering if the slave cylinder, along with the pin that holds the pedal to the master, would work for this, or would I have to goto honda instead of a boneyard?
I also heard that you can retain your stock brake pedal instead of swapping both the clutch and the brake... Is this true as well?

???????? if you do a auto to manual swap, everything will bolt up to the firewall. you will be fine, no need to go to the junkyard or dealer unless you need a part. now for the pin, it's just a cotter pin which you can get at any parts store.

you can keep both pedals, but they are very uncomfortable, atleast to me.
the brake pedal is wider on automatics, so it sits to close to the clutch pedal.
i would hate to hit the clutch and brake at the same time.
