TD05H 16G question

Are these ball bearing? Are they oil/water cooled or just oil? TIA.

I don't think they are ball bearing, I 'm almost sure, but I bet some one here can say for sure.

They are water/oil cooled though. I'm running a TD05-14B on my SOHC.
