It just looks like it needs a new front bumper cover and lip to me.....

yeah really.. that's the 2nd post like this.. the car isn't that bad.. and even if it was, owell, it's their money.. don't like it? don't buy it.. OR buy it and put it back to stock if you care THAT much..

ive seen worse! theres a 98 rolling around SE portland oregon by a guy that's a car theif his car is a pile of **** built out of tons of peoples cars. with a home back yard paint job.

maybe i been in this scene for wayyyy too long but that was common on imports 10+ years ago, and it was the thing to do.... not my taste but def, not ugly in my opinion...
