k24 question...

Default k24 question...

so i was just nosing around on a jdm motor site and found a k24 longblock for 900 bucks and wondered if it's possible to drop this in to my db1 integra...how much cash amd i looking at to make this work???? ive seen k motors in dc2's but not in da's...all help is greatly appreciated.....

You need a tranny which is a pretty penny plus you need alot of other stuff to get the k series to work in a DA. There is lots of cutting to be done, the DA engine bay is alot harder to fit larger motors into than the newer DC. It doesn't help that the motor is backwards either. It the end you would probably end up paying close to 5k to fit that motor into a DA and have it running good.
