ok. so i been think. why get and s2000. what makes em so good. its a $35000 car and has: about 50 more hp, Rwd car, lighter, better suspension then my si. so for about $15000 this is what i getting? just seems a lil lame. plus. there are other cars out there that seem better for less $.(mazda6speed, lancers evo, even the sky redline.) i love honda dont get me wrong and i am not bashing the s2000. i just look for my next car. my si only 10 months old and i have not done any mods to it b/c i wanna pay it off in 2 more year and trade in for a s2000. just asking why did you all get one over seemingly better cars?

 

If your all about horsepower, get a Pontiac GTO or something along those lines. Im not about to "convince" anyone to get an S2000. Some people just dont understand.

Other than the nsx, I dont think any other honda has the body lines nor the sexy stance of an 2sk. They are just simply nice cars.

why do people get M3s, NSX, etc when they get an Z06 and blow the doors off? It just seems senseless just like the OP put it... why not just settle for his Si for 15k less when its just as good as the s2k

After buying my s2000 sometimes i wish i had gotten something with more doors and seats, a bigger trunk, a navigation system, digital climate control, (how the hell do you unlock the doors?) But once you step on the gas and get squirmy through a turn, you completely understand why you bought the car. I also bought it because i'm in love with hondas. If the evo were a honda, i probably would have bought that though.

but basically it's a piece of **** and you shouldn't own it.
