Dumbass did it, we slid and hit a Speed Limit sign...

My sideskirt is hanging, fenders fudged, worst of all, my door has a dent in the bottom...

I will post pics later, about the dent, removing it???

i'd make him pay for it....if he doesn't do it willingly, i'd file a lawsuit in small claims court....that's ridiculous

He probably has no proof. Its hard to get proof in a situation like his and without proof its his word vs theirs and that doesnt hold up in court.

I know I'm weird, but if I'm driving and my friend was about to grab my ebrake - I'd say WTF and throw a quick jab to his face.

And he'd deserve it.

I would let them pull it, control the car, then beat the **** out of them and drop them off in the middle of nowhere.

Is it really that hard to control a car with the back tires locked up? Unless your going 70 around a corner, I dont see how you lost control. Unless he grabbed the wheel too.

I'v actually done that. He never rode in my car again either.
