Default Brake caliber locks up?..

So my passenger side, back brake just locks up randomly, not enough to where i can't drive the car, but enough to where when you come to a stop, you smell brake...you know that annoying smell you get?? You can tell too, because the rotor is all scared the expletive up.. what i dont get is, its only this one brake, all pads are new i just changed them like 2 months ago.. i've tried bleeding the lines over and over again, it just happens randomly too , and also when i put my e-brake on and leave it on over night, that cailber wont disengage..

thoughts?

did you lube up the caliper slide pins w/ brake grease when you changed the pads? You should ALWAYS do this any time the brakes are serviced.

Well I'm not sure if there's any permanent damage that would warrant caliper replacement, but you could always just buy a couple packs of grease from a parts store (like $1 each), then unbolt the caliper from the bracket, pull the pins out of the rubber boot, lube them up, and then stick the pins back into the caliper bracket and bolt the caliper back up. See if that helps any.
