umm..well..I finally got my EF! ^^ payed $250 for her. Awhile back, me and my best friend (Me-B-N-Me) were in my backyard and he'd pointed out there was a car two doors over that had the same paintjob as his....after further inspection, we'd realized it was the same exact car, an '88 Civic!! ohmegosh! well at the time i had no job...so no money's. T_T
About a month ago, I started working. my first pay check i went to negociate a price with the owner. he wanted to get rid of the car for $500...been sitting for a year and some change and had frame damage. I simply offered $200! He added $50 to it and we had a deal. after waiting 2 weeks for the title, I finally got her into my driveway. Ninja-smoke and all!!! xD the smoke it gives off is horrible, my baby's got a very bad leak...

Before I bought her:


car was in poor condition...spider webs all over...giant ones at that. covered in mud and neglected.

After I brought her home, dirty...:

(yes that is Me-B-N-Me's Civic. ^^ no mistake)


And then washed:



The Bad
- DEAD battery
- dented hood
- mismatched fenders
- frontal frame damage
- trashed tires
- NO horn
- moldy seats...icky ><
- stained, moldy interior
- corner and bumper lights no work
- trunk latch broken
- door panels trashed from excessive amount of rain
- ....spiders....

The Good
- DEAD battery (I've got TWO batteries from Jon)
- dented hood (perfect hood ready to be replaced)
- mismatched fenders (Me-B-N-Me's got the two fenders, as long as i give him the right fender of my car, its in perfect condition)
- frontal frame damage (Jon's got a mint primered shell for me)
- trashed tires (gots the tires off Jon's car, and Jon's got Me-B-N-Me's tires)
- NO horn (I've got a steering wheel for the shell)
- moldy seats...icky >< (getting Me-B-N-Me's seats! front and back, lol. I sit in them everyday anyway...right?)
- stained, moldy interior (who needs interior??))
- corner and bumper lights no work (I've got corner lights! not too sure about the bumper lights O.o
- trunk latch broken (probably the easiest thing we have to do to the entire car)
- door panels trashed from excessive amount of rain (have four doors for it too)
- ....spiders.... (well...in my fear of them, I vaccuumed them up and left the vaccuum running for a while...make sure them nasty's are dead and diced up)

My plans for the future
- JDM front
- Del Sol Blue paint (with nearly transparent silver paw prints)
- wanted a sunroof, but don't think I'll get one
- motor wise? B16 perhaps, or whatever comes first

LOOK! the 'Twins!'


We were supposed to start last sunday...but the rain was against us and no one came around. Jon is providing a shell, I'm paying the towing fee and whenever we get that is when we'll start swapping parts from my car to the new car!! *sigh* Let's see, it's Tippyman, Jon, Me-B-N-Me and myself...a few friends all working on this project but even though they didn't come over, here's what i've done so far O.o;
NOTE: I'm only home for a good 2 hours each day xD

- pulled the old corner and bumper lights out
- took out the front and back seats (need to get the rails though...hmm)
(i need tools )

Any questions? I'll try to answer the best I can!! Planning on updating at least once a week! Keep an eyeout! I gotta thank my buddies too!! <3

^_^ much thanks! &lt;3 I fell in love with Me-B-N-Me's 4dr. so I had to get one! When I saw the one across my yard...all it needs is some TLC. Loved his old CRX too, such a cute lil' car! :3

Well, I already told you all what i did myself...I finally got th pictures up &gt;&gt;; so here they are ^^

took the corners and bumper lights out (you can see the oil leak badly!!


took off the bolts from the front seat and the back part of the back seats...(not to mention that damn steering wheel)


and the trunk latch in broken...storm's keep on opening the trunk and it gets all wet and nasty..nuuuu

nope, you're right, no corrections needed. Jon is the ef sedan enthusiast. he's one of the main people helping with the project...the one giving me the shell ^_^

weeeeell, today was a very busy day. &gt;&lt; but finally got around to doing something new. Not much, afraid it was going rain and it was very hot outside at the same time.

me and Me-B-N-Me took the door panels off the car, they're go filthy....its gonna be a pain cleaning them...check it out.




it was so nasty and sad, I didn't have the heart to show the right side panels...so no pictures were taken T_T

 

That car is so dirty inside, water damage sucks....

 

well...rain ruined it again &gt;&lt;; let's hope for clear skies this sunday...

 

Looks like a good project to watch!
