Default 91 CRX SI d16z6 help

i am getting ready to buy a 91 crx si w/ d16z6 head and a d16y7 block the guy i am buying it from said that it has srp pistons eagle rods and an obd0-obd1 conversion . he told me the comprssion in each cyl was 273 across the board does that sound right he also said he had the block and head milled he didnt say how much though . i just dont want to get screwed can someone help me with this . also would this setup be good for a turbo ? i have a t3t4 i was thinking about putting on it i wouldlike to get about 260 whp .

thats pretty high compression id say so if it does run i would not boost it compression ratio is gonna bey way to high with a deck and milled head buddy it sounds like he build it for n/a aplications so ask him what compressionratio the piston are and then see how much he had the head milled but id say no to any forced induction on that motor
