Can't take off the rim off my integra?

Can't take off the rim off my integra?
I took off all 4 lug nuts off 1 rim but I can't pull it off for some reason. It seems like its stuck on to the rotor or something. What can I do to take it off?

ya that always happens just hit the tire with one punch and it will pop right off this happens cuz you tighten the wheels tight therefore gets stuck just hit it hard one time and it will come off
