For hatchbacks in the US, yes, only the Si came from the factory with a moonroof.

For the most part, yes. Exceptions include optional ABS in 1994 and passenger side airbag in 1994 and 1995. I believe the rest of the wiring is the same.

you might want to rephrase that into which model is the lightest 92-95. the Si is the heavy weight i believe the vx is the lightest but I saw somewhere that it got bet out by the cx buy a few lbs
