impossible question man. If you know enough to AUTOX, you should be able to feel out the car.
If you put a bigger bar in the back, it will over steer.
If you put a bigger bar in the front, it will under steer.
I've heard great things about the OEM ITR bars. and a beaks subframe reinforcement kit. THIS DEPENDS ON WHAT CAR YOU DRIVE AND WHAT YOUR COILOVER/SPRING SETTINGS ARE.
Dont go too agressive on bar sizes. It will make the car annoying and finicky.
ask PIC about bar sizes. I know them personally. they seem pretty knowledgeable....since they own a suspension company.....
That's about all the advice i can give.

i added a asr subframe brace and ctr22mm rear sway and love it . it got the twitchy ness out of my SI in the rear... friend drove my car his has stock susp just dropped and he was like damn your car feels so much tighter and let you go into turns so much faster... he loves it and only drove my car about 4 times..
if you have an eg - try oem integra (gsr=all other 94-01 tegs) up front 22mm (you'll need front lca's with endlink mount ie ex/si/or teggy) & ITR rear sway 22mm or jdm ITR is 23mm
if you have ek run the CTR/Si front sway 26mm (you'll need si LCA & forks) & itr (22mm or 23mm) - make sure to get subframe reinforcement like asr or beaks
do you have a limited slip? they greatly improve cornering - especially in front wheel drive setups with large front sways
these are just MY preferences!!!!!
