impossible question man. If you know enough to AUTOX, you should be able to feel out the car.

If you put a bigger bar in the back, it will over steer.

If you put a bigger bar in the front, it will under steer.

I've heard great things about the OEM ITR bars. and a beaks subframe reinforcement kit. THIS DEPENDS ON WHAT CAR YOU DRIVE AND WHAT YOUR COILOVER/SPRING SETTINGS ARE.

Dont go too agressive on bar sizes. It will make the car annoying and finicky.

ask PIC about bar sizes. I know them personally. they seem pretty knowledgeable....since they own a suspension company.....

That's about all the advice i can give.

if you have an eg - try oem integra (gsr=all other 94-01 tegs) up front 22mm (you'll need front lca's with endlink mount ie ex/si/or teggy) & ITR rear sway 22mm or jdm ITR is 23mm

if you have ek run the CTR/Si front sway 26mm (you'll need si LCA & forks) & itr (22mm or 23mm) - make sure to get subframe reinforcement like asr or beaks

do you have a limited slip? they greatly improve cornering - especially in front wheel drive setups with large front sways

these are just MY preferences!!!!!
