Default Some roll cage work...

10 point in a 3 series track car. Some roll cage fab work.
A pillars were trashed before I got the car and black 'a-pillar covers' will be going in before the cage is welded up. Just didn't want anyone to think I would treat someone else's car like that...

Will post more when I have time to finish it up.

Good old fashion hole saw tubing notcher and finished out by hand. As you know they are great for getting it pretty close but are difficult to get perfect with the hole saw method...

This is designed to add strength to the rear towers and support the two main mount points for the irs subframe which is commonly ripped out of high hp cars:

I'm still amazed you can get all the way 'round those tubes at the roofline. Do they make curved tungsten nowadays? lol NICE WORK BTW!

from what I understand, roll cage installers drill a hole in the floor and drop the tubing down to get to the tight spots( roofline) that's why the front window is removed.

Some one correct me if I'm wrong.

It's bigger than 5.5 & 6" I can tell you that.
