Hello Everyone!

UPDATE: DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, THE MEET WILL NOW BE HELD ON SUNDAY AUGUST 19TH!!!!!!

I'm proud to announce the official date and location of this years Integra Type R owners meet.

This years meet will be held on SUNDAY AUGUST 19TH, 2007 at the beautiful HOCKLEY VALLEY RESORT in Hockley valley, Ontario (minutes from Orangeville). For those who don't know, Hockley Valley Resort is one of Ontario's most senic and exclusive resorts. It's situated on 200 Acres of rolling hills and forest, and has a massive 5 star hotel, 18-hole Scottish Links golf course, and Ski resort all wrapped into one. Hockley hosts automotive meets for companies such as Ferrari, and the Corvette Club of Canada.





The 2006 Type R owners meet was held at Hockley, and those who attended will agree, it was definately one to be remembered! It was an escape from the busy streets, ghetto kids, cops, theives, and bullshit. That day was about one thing: the ITR community Some pics from last year:











Itinerary:

Arrival: 11:00AM

Where: This year, we have the WHOLE FRONT LAWN!! This will make for way better pics, much more space to move, and we don't have to worry about other vehicles in the parking lot. The lawn is manicured like a golf fairway, and there are absolutely NO lips for lowered R's. This is where Ferrari does their group photos.

Lunch: 1:00-2:00PM
We will be having lunch at Seasons Restaraunt inside Hockley resort. Unlike last year where the menu was fixed, you are free to have whatever you like, on your own bill. Because there was no fixed menu, this enabled us to also plan a rain date in case of bad weather!

Departure to Second Location: 2:30PM
We will take a short drive into Mono Cliffs (Tentitive) for more photo shoots, and stop by the Inn at Mono Cliffs for some drinks.


Once again, I please ask that only ITR owners apply. This is specifically an ITR meet. Please respect the wishes of this event's organizers and participants. Thank you.

Looks like we have a few more R's coming from our local Toronto Site! The numbers are getting bigger ....!

 

Oh wow this looks like it would be fun. Too bad it is a far drive from Alberta.

Yeah ... that'd be a bit of a trip

 

If the weather stays the way it's been the last week, this year's meet will be even better than last years.

i just checked theweathernetwork.com, there is a 40% chance of rainning

 

If that be the case, our rain date is the following Sunday (19th). Lets hope things change.

 

Hey Ryan, sorry for the late reply but I can't make it out. Fam Jam owns me.

Take lots of pics but if you guys are gonna be at the HT meet, I'll see you there.

I just checked as well, its now 60% chance of rain and it looks like one of those days that rains or drizzles all day

i say we use the rain date

 

It's looking more and more like that now.

I'm waiting until tomorrow morning to make the final call, but as it sits:

We are 80% going to postpone the meet until the 19th (Next Sunday) due to weather!!!

Hey Guys,

Just a friendly reminder that the meet is a GO for this coming Sunday. I've checked the weather reports and we're looking perfect for the 19th. If that changes, I'm going to blow something up!!!

I'm hoping that the change of date will enable more of us R owners to come out!

 

Just a heads up.

Everything is still a GO for the meet this Sunday.

If anyone has anything they want to buy, or sell, the meet would be a great time to do this!
