Default Fuel Tank Sumps and Fuel Cells

I have a Honda Civic HB and I'm needing to install external Bosch fuel pumps. I'm not sure what is easier to build a sump off of the stock tank or just put a fuel cell in the car..
What are your ideas?

if you want to be able to race at an nhra sanctioned track, and run a cell, it must have a firewall.

sump it.

this is -12 and you can split it, or get a sump that has 2 outlets.

basically it is just a full race "style" sump, and a new tank from my parts supplier. i think it was like 140 new plus 10 for shipping. and dan from first state did the sumping for me.

I would like to run in the SFWD class.. But I cannot find a good sump to run off the tank.. Since the bottom of the gas tank is not flat what ideas or how are you guys building a sump?
Also, is there any manufacturer selling gas tanks with sumps already installed?

my pic, and barts pic are full race sumps, well i think his is the real deal, and mine may be a knock off, the difference is, i think the f-r comes with either a threaded bung or a nipple, mine had to be added.
