Damet Paul, I thought you knew how to form sentences. Anyway, they should be able to look you up by your phone number that you gave them for the warranty; so no receipt should be necessary.

If you have a receipt, you will get a new battery. If you have the name and phone number of the person that bought it, you should also get a new battery.
and if one store dont take it, try different stores. I had to try 4 different stores before I got them to take back my motorcycle battery, they telling me that I cant return motorcycle batteries.
when the arrows go "up" it means it's dead. When the arrows start pointing toward the bottom is when it is full charge. (see 100%). or something.
Is there also a switch for "deep cycle, maint. free, manual maint. free"?

nvm the pic at the tops shows it, its just a cheap charger, well 35 or something iirc
anyways yeah normally when i drain the battery it will pull 6 amps, like its supposed to this time i think its HELLA DEAD cuz it pulls almost double that and makes a louder than usual buzzing sound
and ive charged batterys with dead cells before, it starts at ~5 amps then goes down to full charge really quick, in a few minutes,

Dead as in it just needs a charge. Bad is bad, no bueno. Batteria nuevo.
Have you checked the water in the battery? Does it give off a rotten egg odor when charging? I would check the water and add some if it is low, then charge it again.

It's recommended that you remove the battery from the vehicle prior to charging.
