Hey everyone, I tried doing a search but came up with nothing. I heard that most Honda engines and transmissions are compatible. If so, does anyone know what transmission is compatible with a 1998 b18b?

pretty much any b-series tranny! but since yours is hydro if you go cable you going to have to do some motor mount buying.

 

if yours is an auto then any automatic b18 from 94 and up

if its a 5 speed an b16, b18 series transmission from 1989-2001 will bolt up, all 93 and up b16 transmissions will bolt right up along with any 94-01 integra 5 speed transmission

89-92 transmissions are cable and will require special mounts to bolt into the chassis but will bolt right up to your engine
