Default Car won't start

I took my valve cover off yesterday to paint it. I installed it this morning (due to darkness last night and paint wasn't dry). I got everything hooked up and now my car won't start. It won't even turn over. No clicking or anything when I turn the key. Any ideas?

No lights come on at all. Dad is coming over later to try and jump it.

Battery has 12.6 volts. I can't see anything that I didn't hook up? Lights do not come on at all, nothing. But there is power at the battery.

I think I found the culprit. Post pics as soon as I get off phone with AutoZone.

I think it's a black fuse. It screws into the fuse box and is the hot/ground wire in the fuse box. About 3/4" by 1/2". I'm headed to go get one and see if that's the problem. I figure it is, but not 100% positive. I'll post a pic of the fried fuse when I get back. As well as my painted valve cover.

Here is the culprit. 80 amp fuse. Had a hard time tracking one down.
