That is why H4 is the place to be (except in NorCal that is). Racing is expensive even in the slower classes where engines cost about a fifth of what H1 engines cost to be competitive.

What happend to those S2000's? Is Honda Cup still around? Doesnt Jeff Kiwi Ownes have some sick Dc2's he runs in Honda Cup?

 

This has turn out to be a slow year for both SoCal series NASA H1 and SCCA Honda Cup. Kiwi still has their fleet of Cup cars. Marty's S2000 is being rebuilt back together. I'm not sure what happened to Richard. Derek Steve's K20EG is VERY fast and has tons of trick parts I saw it @ Cali Spdway last Sunday and it was looking great.

The next 2 Honda Cup races will be at NorCal actually, Infineon on Laguna Seca. It is coming up in Aug. and Sept. Both Kiwi and myself will be racing... I hope Derek will come out as well.

You want to bring this up again, put some money on the table for the racers. Even a $100 a weekend is good enough to bring in some new racers.
