Default Low idle & bogging throttle response

I have a sohc d15b1 , mpfi swap with an Ls TB. and ZC cam and converted to Obd1. I redid my timing yesterday and it seemed to be worse. Than before. My dizzy is very advanced and gets hott fast. So that problem that i can really notice is my idle is at 0. I had to adjust the throttle cable tension, which is no no in some cases. As well as bogging all the way at full throttle. It feels as if its pulled back from power.
I apologize for the length. i wanted to answer all question before you answer mine.THanks you all!

which cam gear are u using?

on that set up you have to use a y7 or y8 cam gear to offset the timing, this is wat i used on my old setup d15b1 mpfi w/ si cam

possibly whats is limp mode? how do you fix it? at the moment there is some Poping in the exhaust Mani and intake. like too much fuel but my fpr is set at 35psi-idle and 41psi-full throttle.on obd1 injectors. You think it could be the injectors?

So the timing was off by a Tooth, I realized that my Pcv wasn't hooked up and still is doing it. So i found the code. Running a code 4 which was cylinder 1 position and Its the Disturiber, the ignition ignitor. Thanks everyone!
