There were Sir's in Europe that came with a black interior but that is it no Ek in the US came with black interior for 96-00 model civics closest you will get is a Type K interior.

Yep, you're going to have to look at parts from Europe.

Indeed as I stated the SIR they had over there only problem for you is they were hatchbacks but you can still use a few parts from them and paint the rest with a plastic vinyl dye.
