I need someone to tell me what RPM's It would be at different speeds

It's not possible to tell if you don't tell us what tire size you're running.
For argument's sake I'm going to assume you're running stock civic size (Which I believe is 185/60/R14).
@ 30mph in 1st you're @ 6300 RPM
@ 30mph in 2nd you're @ 4105 RPM
@ 40mph in 2nd you're @ 5475 RPM
@ 40mph in 3rd you're @ 3795 RPM
EDIT:
RPM Values vary slightly if you have a larger diameter tire...but it's gonna be like 100 RPM difference maximum if u have a really big (or small) tire on there.

Also which would be best to run from a roll. In which situation will I get most power out of my I/H/E Civic si? 30 or 40mph and in which gear?
