Default Modifry aftermarket headunit adapter question

i'm trying to see what i need to get for the dash controls on my s2000 to work on a aftermarket headunit. Do i just need modifry's stereo adapter, which is only $12, or do i need to get his whole dci thing? That thing is $90. Anyone know????

Default Re: Modifry aftermarket headunit adapter question (BoostedSi)

the $12 thing is the standard honda adaptor for aftermarket headunits (it might have a couple extra pins actually - i don't remember, its been awhile) - the dci is what will allow you to use your controls to the left of the steering wheel to control the aftermarket headunit
