<FONT SIZE="6">question is...</FONT> does anyone know if the 06 EX does? I would tend to think... MAYBE because of the confirmed post i've seen here, that you can equip the EX wih the Si OEM LSD, perhaps the Si one (obivously better), and the fact that it comes with it, I would think that this is what makes it possible to swap that (does that even make sense, iono how else to type it)

So, I think it may (06 Ex have LSD that is) because I was photo-shooting a drag race event and ran my car for the helluv it... decided to get a little burnout show.. and well here is my pic of that (sorry it's a sig, don't have the better one on the web at the moment)

Damn that really pisses me off since I have an '06. I doubt we have a lsd because they would have mentioned it for marketing purposes, right?

 

I could be wrong but I don't think they have LSD.

Could they possibly have mixed that up with the VSA?

 

is that a paper ad or internet ad? Either way, I'm 90% sure they do not have an LSD.

 

both my tires spin when burningout...i dont think it has it tho...prolly not

It's confusing, that page is the only place where an LSD is mentioned on the EX. If you look under Performance, it does not mention it there, and if you look at Specifications, it does not mention it there either. Wonder if it is a typo???

 

you dont have to have a lsd to spin both tires as long as they have equal traction or lack there of they will both spin

open diffs work by sending all the power to the wheel with the least amount of resistance and when neither has traction they both will spin

 

Probably a typo since it's not posted for the 4 doors.

I'm soon going to be getting an EX coupe, nowhere in the "2007 Honda Civic Coupe/Si Coupe" brochure does it mention the LSD for non-Si. Like stated above, the "dot" that designates what all the models are equipped with is only marked for the Si for the helical LSD.
