I just picked up a 1996 Honda Civic EX 2Dr Standard. One of the boots for the plugs was loose when the car was running and I adjusted it and the damn thing shut off, and now wont turn back on. Everything electrical is working except the engine wont turn over. I am thinking it is either getting no spark, or there is something wrong with the Fuel Pump or filter. Can anyone help me out with this?

 

Test the ignition coil.
