Default A/C doesn't blow ice cold air

So far there hasnt been any noticeable leaks on the system. I noticed that when the car is hot that the compressor clutch will engage, and disengage about every 5-10 seconds or so.

It was checked at a local AC repair shop and the psi is correct and doesn't need gas or anything.

Any ideas?

i would try adding some freon, and test the condensor fan.
make up some wire jumpers, disconnect the fan harness, plug the jumpers to the fan, then to the battery.

if the fan does not turn on, replace your fan.

What fins are you talking about? How did you flush the condensor? Please excuse me but english is not my main language and for some terms I kinda get stuck! My del Sol also is not blowing Ice Cold air, and I recently had a line replaced and filled it with the gas that it needs ( freon? ).

Facing the front of the car, the fan on the right.

Is your condenser, filled with bugs and tiny rocks? That's (what I believe) they mean by that.

If it were me I would:

Remove the current freon.

Rent a vaccume pump from Autozone and vaccume down your system.

Charge your system appropriately.

Cool out.
