What is the torque specs for the tightening the lugs on the wheel?
Is it okay to tighten hard without a torque wrench? Gonna rotate tires soon.

80 foot pounds.

You can tighten them without a wrench, that is up to you.

80 ft-lbs.. (also check w/ your wheel/rim manufacturer if you have aftermarket wheels.. )

a torque wrench is very useful when working on all sorts of things on your car.. and it doesnt cost all that much... don't risk undertightening and have your wheels fall off while driving... or over tightening/uneven tightening and warping your rotors or something...
