You are aware it won't just drop into a 93 civic right?
It could be a variety of motors but if it is from a 94-97 your are looking at either a f22b1 (sohc vtec found in ex and wagon trims) or a f22b2 (non-vtec found in lx, dx and special edition trims) possibly the 2.7 V6.

really if you wanted to put the money into a swap of a bigger motor, you should go with the h22a. although I would think that a boosted f22a1 in a civic would be very unique. I have never heard of this swap, so it would be cool.

cool indeed.if you can get it to work there are several advantages to it over other engines. mainly being how boost friendly the F22 is and the motors are cheap as hell. you can spend $2k and have a 250+HP boosted motor in your civic for the price of a b series swap

well think about it this way. the H22 will drop into the accord no problem. a H22 wont drop into the civic without new mounts and other work. so a F22 will require probably the same modifications as dropping in a H22, plus other stuff we might not be aware of since to my knowledge it hasnt been done.

. If I remember correctly the f20c, and f22c are the only ones that wouldn't transfer with those mounts.
