Hey guys I'm looking to take all of the stuff out the the integra front and rear brakes and motor and put it in the crx what problems will I run into because the car is a automatic?

I know I will need a tranny clutch and flywheel but my questions are....

Is the ecu the same? will it work fine if I put it in a manuel tranny?

Are the axles the same? Is the intermediate shaft on back of the engine the same?

Any other problems I could run into because I am going to be putting a engine from a automatic integra in a crx?

I will be installing a blox manifold will it work ok with the swap.

I did justy read threw all the faq stuff and that is what brought up most of these questions.

 

You can get the ecu chipped it will work but you can probably pick up a stock manual ecu cheaper than it would cost to chip it. I have seen them as cheap as $40

you will need a new mid shaft the auto one is different(you also need new flywheel and bolts)

You will probably want another set of cams the ones from an auto are worse than the manual cams.

everything else should be the same. I'm not sure on the axles though
