Dropped a bolt
Heya,
I was replacing a cracked airbox on my 2003 accord today....and somehow one of the 10mm bolts came out of its hole and fell into my engine compartment. After 15 min of searching with a flashlight I deemed the bolt lost. I went to the local hardware and bought a replacement bolt.
Logic tells me I shouldnt worry about this lost bolt....on the right side of the engine compartment there arnt any moving parts....air box, fuse box, battery ect. It will probably just fall out the bottom sometime while driving.
Can somone re-assure me its nothing to worry about lol.

Cars swallow nuts and bolts all the time. They love them. As long as they are not in the fan shroud or timing cover, I would not worry. Woah, I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geiko!
